List Building Strategy with Multiple Lists

Hello,

I'm having trouble with building a strategy for my growing niche site. I have a series of email lessons folks can sign up to. When they do, they get a series of 12 emails in a month (3 a week) with no ads, then I give them some freebies (I promise them in the sign up), then I send them a clickbank product email with my sincere "pitch". Then they get 12 more emails over the next month. After that, I'm not sure what to do with them.

The problem is that I think I'm leaving $ on the table here, because there's people who would like to just get a blast email with recent blog posts once or twice a week, but not get the lessons.

My question is, how do I formulate a strategy that gives both groups what they want? Do I have one opt-in form, or two?

I use aweber, so I know I can use some automation to synch things up, but really, I need help with a strategy for signing folks up appropriately.

Can you help me? I'm really turned around in this and feel a bit like I'm not sure of what I'm doing so I appreciate your help very much.

I don't think it's enough to give away a course that lasts for some time. You should create and give away freebies on and on regularly. Good example is sending out videos on the regular basis following the strict schedule, may be 2 times in a week. Your videos must bring value, exclusive content for subscribers only. You might want to direct your people to a page with two videos put together. First one - for useful information update, second one - product review. Or just make a longer video. On your landing page explain your potential subscribers that you have something like a private YouTube channel with hot exclusive content frequently updated and they gonna miss on incredible stuff if they don't sign up right away. Provide a sample video to check out before opting in. Don't use direct ads, it sucks, or use less of them at least. Make reviews instead. Hope it helps. Good luck.

send them quality freebies and videos , when they get your videos they will go like " OMG his freebies and courses are of high quality ,his products will surely be very good " but if what you send them in regular basis is not of high quality , i don' t think you will go far with them . good luck
