It's likely to be a scam.

Think about it, if you had that sort of power, you could create website after website and make a lot of money promoting peoples products.

It's probably a bot that would send fake traffic if the person behind actually bothered to send any sort at all.

Most of the time this kind of offers turn to a scam. you can look at the Fiverr, you will see lot's of gigs like this and almost all of them are crap and worthless traffic.

Don't think that offer may be worth something. If that traffic had any value, the guy offering it would drive it to his own sites, not sell it to others. No matter how crappy the site, he'd still make money with that amount of traffic.

But again, if you had the $25 to spare, why not give it a shot and try his gig? Sometimes it's just good for self-edification to test the craziest of ideas

This is probably completely worthless.

Something like this in the form of REAL traffic (untargeted traffic at that)...

Would cost you THOUSANDS of collars. Probably $5,000+

  Hmmm. Everyone has said this sounds like nonsense but you sound like you want to be told it's a good idea. I think it's better if I just told you it's a great idea and to spend the money, that way it'll save you waiting for someone to do so.
  
  Also, so what if it increases Alexa rankings? I doubt it'd hurt your site but I doubt you'd want the money leaving your wallet again.
  
  Just think about it, as mentioned earlier, if you could get a million decent US visitors, you'd keep them to yourself surely. Why would you pimp that number of visitors out for such a low price?

It can be a scam, or it can be proxy/bot traffic. I wouldn`t try it, seems too good to be true. If this traffic could get you even 1 sell of a $50 product, then this guy would use it to make his own money.

One of the vendors that I knew legitimately had sent 1 million US visitors, but yes... there was a catch. They were pop-unders on totally non-targeted sites. In 2013, internet users usually have a tool called a 'pop-up' blocker. Not to mention, most of the opt-ins aren't buyers. It's like selling beef to a vegetarian - it's just not going to happen. LOL

There is a every possibility that it can happen too. As long as the time and trick is not divulged there would be many who will buy and try too.

I am the last person to comment on a thing which I have not seen or worked with. If there is a wish there could be a way . For those who sit at the fence always watch and see. Those who are high risk takers, they burn their fingers and learn.

We donot know where the diamond is. It could be beyond our imagination and logic. Let me wish good look to those who wants to try it out!
