Help please - eBay affiliates: I'm not seeing any affiliate commission from eBay Partner Network!

It's been a month now that I set up Amazon and eBay affiliate links on my niche site. The site is getting decent traffic, about 200-500 uniques per day. On a typical day it generates 50-100 clicks to eBay.

However, eBay's "earnings per click" are still 0 and always have been. I generate Amazon sales daily, so why am I not seeing any revenue from eBay?

In my ePN report, I see my daily clicks (although only those for the current day, it looks as if eBay "forgets" clicks in the past). However EPC and Earnings are constantly 0.

Are there any eBay affiliates here who can explain this phenomenon or who had a similar experience? Am I doing something wrong or is this normal for a new affiliate account?

Have you thought about contacting eBay?

Did you check under Reports in your EPN panel and see if you have made any sales or new eBay signups? The daily clicks is a running tally so you should readily see the number of clicks for each day you have been in the program.

I'd be concerned and maybe you should contact eBay. 100 clicks per day for a new affiliate could have raised some fraud concerns.

No, no sales or signups are displayed at all.

An update for those who might find this thread:

It did start working about the end of September. I never got any reply from eBay, but after a while the commissions just started rolling in. Not sure why, but might be related with an update they had announced around that time.

Yes, I contacted eBay through their contact form about a week ago. No reply so far whatsoever, even though it said I should hear from them within 2 business days.

Kind of strange all of this...

And no there's no fraud involved, I get about 100 clicks on amazon too (on average) and those do convert. No idea what's wrong with eBay.

Just wrote to eBay again through their contact form. Is there any other way to contact them - an email address perhaps?
