How to make $100 a day for a newbie?

I would suggest Fiverr as well but only for a start. And also Odesk. That is how I started out. Sure you won't benefit much re money from it until your reputation increases. And I wouldn't want to do it for that long but it will help build your confidence and also snag you a few testimonials. Both are important, especially the confidence factor. Without that we cannot succeed.

Also, why not try product creation? Even if you have been in this industry for only a short time, chances are you have already accumulated a degree of valuable experience which can really help enrich someone elses life. There are always people less experienced who this will benefit.

Formalise your knowledge even if it is limited and create a small, modularised product to sell. What about a small product related to your experiences making money so far with the sites you mentioned?

Okay so you haven't made much from them but anything you have made is still better than a lot of people. How did you do this? Do you have any ideas to help streamline the process for others so help them make their first couple of dollars using those methods? Write it down.

It need not be very big at all. It can even be tutorial based eg around using a certain product or software package. Just keep moving forward. As long as it is genuinely aimed at helping others you will be on the right track.

The best way for a newbie IMO would be to first learn how to market and sell other peoples products online and then create products of your own that deliver real value to others, set up an affiliate program and grow an army of affiliates to help you to market and sell your own products… Best to find a mentor/coach to help you avoid some of the mistakes you are bound to make along the way.

Why does it seem so much harder to make a consistent $100 per day online than it is offline?

I have some $1000 days a couple times a year, a $500 day every six weeks or so, $100 days several times each month, $50 days a few times each week but most days it’s zero….

This coming weekend I have 30 photo sessions booked and based on the last 7 years of keeping records I’ll earn at least $15,000 to as much as $38,000 in profit. Then I get caught up in buying WSOs and the IM dream until the money is gone. Then its back to organizing another weekend of back to back portrait sessions.

Offline it takes no more than one work weekend every other month to hit six figures but I still haven’t mastered the skills and cracked the code to consistent $100 per day online profits.

The percentage of those who do make consistent profits of $100 or more daily online is very, very tiny compared to the millions of people who try.

To succeed online you have to be far better than average. If you don’t have something that gives you a real edge your chances of the 4 hour work week are slim to none.

I’m not saying to give up… but to succeed online you will have to master above average skills and focus plus have the drive / energy to work 80 to 100 hours a week until you develop a system so you can outsource most of the work to others.

Only then could you drop back to maybe 30 hours a week if you are extremely lucky and have paid your dues with all of the setbacks, failures and 100 hour work weeks that you put in for years before finding overnight success.

If I could hit a consistent $200 profit online only working 3 - 4 hours a day from a laptop, I’d gladly take that instead of my offline income because that would give me the ability to sell off all of my possessions except for what I could carry on my back and giving me the freedom to travel the world without worrying about running out of money.

As it is now, if I stop working my income stops. Auto-income working from a laptop for just a few hour per day is what we all dream of but only a few ever achieve.

Maybe I’m asking the wrong question… instead of asking “Why is it so much harder to make a consistent $100 per day online than it is offline?” maybe it be better to ask “What’s the best way for me to earn a steady $100+ Daily Online?” Then keep working until I hit the target again and again and again.

I believe I’ll get there by teaching people how to be successful taking photos offline but in my experience… succeeding with IM is a lot harder than succeeding by marketing services and products in your own back yard.
