Are you making up your own categories? I don't think FB allows an ad unless you are using their own categories. For example, if you type in "balloons", it will come up with suggested categories to click on. Just a thought.

It'll never hurt if you'll try the basic things first.
Clear cache and cookies. Close your browser. Re-open it.
    Try again.
If it still does not work, keep us posted so we can advise some more.

I don't know if the error you are getting has anything to
    do with this hacking incidence.

      Hi nocturnal911

The same thing happened to me as I was struggling to post my first ever facebook ad.

I found a fix for it. Here's the problem:

Facebook doesn't like your affiliate link. Or your re-direct url. Or both!

      So go here:

      Free iFrame Hosting - LukePeerFly.com

      You will see 2 boxes.

If you are promoting a gaming link then in the top box, type game as your keyword. Or the name of your game, or some other word.

In the bottom box, paste your affiliate link.

Hit the 'create iframe' button and you will get a new link that facebook will love

      Side note:
This also fixed the problem where facebook wouldn't give me a right column ad only a news feed ad.
