How Many People Are Frusterated as Hell With OptimizePress2 and Thier Support?

I have sent several requests for help, no answer, trying to use the Live Launch Editor for three days now, and there seems to be so many bugs. I really like the idea of the software, and it ALMOST works like it should, it's just that there are seemingly simple bugs that have no solution, and the videos really don't do anything. Really disappointed for what seems to be a pretty good product.

  • While I'm a longtime user of OP, I'm def not a fan of their support. Very disappointing :/
  • The support with OP 1 was always good for me.
  • You could probably guess they are bombarded with support tickets particularly because it's within the first fortnight of launch due to some teething issues. Give it abit of time. I had a support request answered very promptly early on.
