How to Recruit
I've opened up an Etsy jewelry store and am looking for ways to get some traffic flow and sales.
I was wondering; how would a person go about recruiting others to help sell their wares online? I'd like to ask people to do this for a certain percentage of the profit from each sale by a customer whom they referred. Sounds simple at first, (doesn't everything?), but there's a lot to getting that started. Such as, where do I recruit? Are there websites that help with that? Is there a way to automate this for faster payments to recruiters?
