Hey warriors

I need your advice
I need female actors to make a video tutorials..
The video intro would be the lady speaking on camera and than it will be a screen recording video tutorial..
I need confident white ladies (please dont get the wrong idea i am not racist)
I do not want to use fiverr for these videos as most of the ladies are all over youtube...
I posted a job in odesk with no success...

Any suggestions??

Maybe you can browse Fiverr and contact the seller that you like, based on the videos. Other than that and more recommended are elance and odesk.

I have had some success with Elance.
Although there are some great gigs on Fiverr and most of the pros will talk to you about custom work.

  You also might want to contact any local TV news reporters/anchors in your city, since they tend to be very polished. Will their employers let them do this? You won't know unless you ask
  
  I worked in that industry for many years, and contrary to what you might think, most of these folks do not make very much money, so you might be able to get them for not a lot of money

  Great idea, but unfortunately, that's likely a no-go. Most TV contracts (which virtually all anchors and reporters are going to be bound to) say that you can't appear on-air for anyone else, without station approval. The odds of their bosses letting them star in your videos are very, very slim.

there is website spokesperson/actor. They are not so commonly used as those from odesk or other places.
