It's a start but the font is not very easy to read when it is in blocks like that - maybe you should break the articles into smaller paragraphs and take a little more care with the way you use words and punctuation.

Wrapping text around the images could also be easier on the eye and make the pages look more complete.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!

Can you elaborate a bit? Is the use of words suppose to be simple? I understand breaking the paragraphs down a bit. How do you wrap the text around the pic?

I like the concept for the blog. An introduction to who you are or an About Us page might be helpful. I'm not crazy about the black/dark gray background, it is too much of a contrast with the white boxes. The font is difficult to read, try a different one or another size maybe. Also you have a great opportunity for use of graphics in the header, but the pad and pen does not relate to the subject of fitness to me. I do like the use of pictures through the body of the blog, nice touch. Have you thought about adding an opt-in box so you can start building your list? Keep working on it. Good Luck.

Definitely, break up the text. It is reader-unfriendly the way it is.

Also, if you are a trainer, blog like one. In your three posts, I don't see any of your personality, and no reason to follow your blog. Whatever makes you different in the training room ... that should come through loud and clear in your blogging.

This looks too much like cut-and-paste text for an adsense page. It sounds like you have much more than that to offer ... Go for it!

I think it's also google policy that any site which has adsense on it should have a privacy policy.

If you do a search on google you can find a lot of privacy policy templates that can be easily adapted for your site.

      Hi!

It's not clear to me what the site is about, and to be honest, it looks really amateurish.

Starting the site title (not the name, you've already chosen it so let's forge ahead). Consider taking it out of the "www.com" mode...and at least stripping out the "www" part...just seems so 1995.

And there's a conflict between the post headers and the text. There needs to be a clear distinction between the two, ie, the post heading needs to be larger, and preferably outside of that box.

Breaking up the text, as has been mentioned in this thread, is also critical.

The use of Albert Einstein is confusing too.

If I could sum up my experience, is was a bit depressing. Small type, really dark colors, confined spaces (the text boxes)...doesn't get me excited about exercises, if that was the point of the site.

I'm positive there are better WP templates you can find with higher quality fonts and layouts.

      Keep at it though!

      All best,
      Bill
