Food eBook Idea?

I'm ready to do my second eBook and am really passionate about the food niche. I love to eat (LOL), cook, and discover new foods. Is there any room for an eBook here? I'd imagine a recipe eBook would do pretty well. Anyone have experience with this? Would YOU buy a unique, recipe eBook? Thanks!

      Simply scraping online recipes into collections is hazardous to your wealth. There are several reviewers who relish the chance to leave one-star reviews for such collections, and their reviews are not nice at all...

      That said, if the OP wants to see whether recipe books sell, all they have to do is check the sales rank of similar books. Some topics, like the fad diets previously mentioned, sell like hotcakes while the fad runs.

    In my experience, the best sold recipe ebooks are those accompanying a diet program, and since weight loss is among the most popular niches nowadays, why not try to write your ebook around a diet you can sell as an affiliate?

      ^^ I agree...

      I think there's too many straight up recipe ebooks out there already. If your going to do it, it has to be unique and a good way to make it unique would be to offer it with a diet program as mentioned above...

      Just to get an idea of how many are out there, go on ebay and search the word recipe....
