Ive seen many wso salespages is just a long image. probably made up using a PSD template.

Would anybody mind telling me how is this done? In other words how do you convert a html salespage in a single image?

Thanks

I just did a quick search for "how to make a warrior special offer image" and found a bunch of YouTube videos. You might want to start there.

Most of them don't even start life as an HTML sales page. They're just an image.

They don't normally convert an html page to image. They normally create the image in Photoshop. They usually slice it up into smaller images to load more quickly rather than just using one big image, but I've seen some people that do use one big image (probably don't know how to slice it into smaller pieces or are too lazy ).

This may be a daft - nay, heretical! - question, but why aren't WSO sales letters just written in HTML?

Consistency and control of formatting? Or are there more sinister google hiding reasons at play?

WHY make it an image!?!?!!?? PSD is better, but STILL a bad idea. Between form factor, translation, enlarging fonts, WHY make it an image?

Well In the WSO forum, all we can design the salespage is with BB code. so if we have to put some custom fonts and writings, we need to make them an image first. I need to show some graphics, some text and then other graphics but can't put every single image in the newline. therefore making a long one image will be a good one.

    There's a free Firefox add-on called FireShot.

    Very easy to use:

    1. Select the "capture entire page" option
    2. Then save it as a JPG.

    Couldn't be easier.

    Here's where get it...

Yeah I have made a few with Photoshop, I recommend .png images as only the image appears without background allowing it to have a customized shape.

First let me say I have used images in launches forever but......................
I do not any longer unless under certain circumstances, I use html now. Why because you miss an opportunity for searches.

It is very simple though you build your sales page is photoshop then you split it into about five images. Without looking I think I made mine at 720 pixels wide.

Edited. I should of said slice not split.
