Domain name for garden site

Hi,

I was debating if I should use florabed.com or dirtplot.com for a gardening authority site that I will be making.

Any feedback would be appreciated. My wife says that dirtplot sounds kinda morbid

Thanks alot

I think your wife is dead right, as it were, and I had other thoughts about the site names and double meanings.
Then I thought of gardeningplots which I see is available as a com, but florabed is nice and short.

    I like happygardener.org, accidentalgardener.net or countygardener.net

all three are available when I checked.

I would try to find something with flora and beauty in the name.

The reason why most people grow plants is probably the beauty factor.

Yes, the beauty but you mustn't ignore the aromatic qualities. I garden for the beauty and the sweet smelling fragrance permeating the air as gentle spring and summer breezes envelop me with them.

      Ahhh! Heavenly, I tell ya!

Thanks all, wasn't really expecting this many replies, since i have Florabed.com , I guess that will use that. Maybe ,I can sell dirtplot.com to a gravedigger or something to that affect. lol

Dirt plot sounds like you are selling burial plots for a funeral home.

    Flora bed sounds better.

You may also consider flora authority.com or flora news.net

    Good Luck to you!

I vote for florabed too! Sounds more positive and happy although the other one is funny.

You are ignoring us foodies. Flowers are nice, but tomatoes, beans, herbs and Cucurbita are edible.

But your choice of florabed is the best of the two.

" Floral Breezes " ... Isn't that a Hawaiian douche? ... Or was it an air freshener?
