Websites on flippa traffic jump? How white hat is that?

I have been watching on flippa to get some good deals and have seen tons of new websites and hardly 3-4 months old but with astonishing uniques per day from Google 2k+.

I even monitored the sites with GA to analyses and everything looks authentic with keywords + demographics.

They do have 200+ posts and good back-links but other than that I am just shocked at the jump in rankings. Wondering what is the secret?

Oh! And these type of sites are all on tech.

    There's no secret to good content.

    2k uniques/day is nice to start but is not enough to be profitable. Search engines can give you a couple hundred to thousand visitors/day but proper social marketing can give you hundreds of thousands of visitors a day.

    I recently sold a site for $35,000 that was getting ~160,000 visitors/day. I didn't spend a dime on promotion and only about 200 visitors/day came from search engines.

      160,000 visitors/day is really great and I guess I missed that auctions.

      Now a days it is too hard a gem of a site on flippa and It is clustered with lots of automated websites.

        Have you PM'd the sellers and asked them ? Perhaps you could ask them how much they would charge to teach you how to do it. Or, if the sites are not too expensive, buy one and have the seller train you.

        Remember also, that traffic in and of itself only has so much value - the thing that makes traffic valuable is if it converts!

        For instance, I have a site that generates a ton (1,000+ per day) of traffic, but a lot of it is generated by google image traffic, so it is basically worthless in terms of income.
