What's the easiest and most user friendly tracking software?

Greetings,

When it comes to IM ,the tech stuff always throws me for a loop.

I am looking for a user friendly tracking software so I can track my op-tin page and other elements within my sales funnel.

      Google Analytics is what I use...I like it and it integrates well with Adwords.

    Google Analytics or if you are using Wordpress, install Jetpack

    Also, the Pretty Links plugin allows you to cloak/redirect links and track them as well.

    gathering the key data & critical success factors.

    I would highly recommend Google analytic, and more specifically i would recommend using the Goals and funnel setup. You can read up about it here. Its free to use, and it had a ton of other features that many webmasters tend to neglect.
