Any Experiance with Adside.com which is a media buying platform

Hey everyone, how are things going? Listen I'm working on diverifying my traffic and am interested in adside.com I went ahead and created a campaign and even add my payment information and that was two days ago and still sitting in pending. Also I sent them an email and have not heard back. I also called the phone number and got a recording that just sites there and replays itself. Of course I can not go and delete my payment info and I can not get hold of them.

I'm pretty set now that I do not want to do business with them but just wondering if anybody here has experiance with them.

    Hey Ethan,

    When I tried them out while dabbling with Adwords alternatives I wasn't impressed. Took them days to approve changes to campaigns and like you I never got a response to my emails.

    I cancelled after a couple of weeks.

    After I got done writing that thread I noticed that they took 5 dollars from the account. Campaign got approved but I changed something and now im sitting in pending again. Anyways, I like working with companies that you can talk with on the phone when you call and people respond back to my emails. Iv found that to be the best user experiance but it does not mean I suppose that there are a lot of independend one person business out there. Unless you have a good relationship with the owner Id be careful of large sums of money.
