Doubt with Bonanza Proxy & SEO SpyGlass

Hi folks,

I have a doubt regarding how to setup the proxy in the software SpyGlass..
Bonanza Proxy which is the proxy I bought says to me this:

Please, do not exceed "1 query / IP/ 10 seconds" otherwise your proxies might be banned on google temporary.

But my doubt is where inside SEO SpyGlass can I modify this parameter?
