It's very well hidden. I also had a hard time finding it. It's claimed to be free, but with the free option, they take 5% of every transaction, which could get costly if you think you're going to be selling many of them. Hidden is the option to pay $17 and no commissions on each transaction. That would be my choice. Front page states "There are no out-of-pocket costs to become a JVZoo seller", but of course that is true only if you never sell a single item. Still can't tell you exactly how to get to that $17 choice, as I'd have to go on a hunting trip again. Contact their support if you can't find it.

EDIT: Found this on WF in response to the same question.

To setup a flat fee listing that is 0% commissions, you follow these simple rules.

    1) Add your product as normal and save.

    2) Once the product is added, you are sent back to the Seller's tab. A button will appear under the listing that is red and says "(Optional) Select Listing Fee Option". Click that button.

    3) Click the green button that says "Pay Listing Fee"

    4) Pay the listing fee at PayPal.

    5) Once back at the credits page, you click the green button that says "Use Credits For This Listing" on the product you want 0% on.

Note: You must do all 5 steps or your listing will not be flat fee.

To qualify for Flat Fee listing option your product much meet the following criteria:

    Have 0 Sales
Be a WSO on the Warrior Forum
Your product must be opted into JVZoo pick of the day
The option to pay the listing fee will disappear as soon as these criteria is no longer met.

    ---

Hope this helps others that were having as hard of a time as I was finding the info!

The $17 option is ONLY available to JV Zoo products that are being launched inside a Warrior Forum thread. If you enter a Warrior Forum thread as the sales page url then an option will automatically appear for you to pay the listing fee. This option is only available if the product has yet to make any sales. Every other product will have the usual 5% fees for every transaction.

A little birdy tells me the $17 one time fee option for WSO's may be disappearing very soon.

That would not surprise me considering that they make it very difficult to even find that info. I think all fees and all options should be readily apparent without having to dig and ask others what your costs are going to be.

At first, I thought it was 100% Free from the way they advertise their service on the site. There's no information at all about the fees. Then, I know they charged 5% on each sale or an optional $17 one-time flat fee for WSO listing.

This information available on their Knowledge base. This is the link -> How to setup a Flat Fee Listing

I had a hard time to find it too. This topic will not appear on the main page when you just click on the ‘Knowledge Base’ link. You need to click ‘For Product Vendors’ link to reveal all the topics. Carefully browse the topics one by one and you’ll found it there.
