WIshlist member integration with Clickbank & JVZoo for same product

Hi Warriors

seeking a way to set up a product on both Clickbank and JVZoo for a membership site using wishlist.

I seem to remember Mark Hess' plugin could do this... but Clickbank requires you to put something like 'your receipt will say Clickbank or CLKBank' which looks weird if you buy via JVZoo.

Any other ways to accomplish this? Can I have 2 distinct and unique sales pages going to one install of wishlist?

thanks

Jane

Hi Jane, yes the easiest thing would be to put up 2 distinct (but identical) sales pages: one for JVzoo and one for CB. Create 2 identical products in Wishlist, one for CB and one for JVZ.

    Here's another option...

Zaxaa - https://www.zaxaa.com/ will also do something like this with their "Intelligent Cross-Platform Selling"

    From their site:
"Say you sell the same product on Clickbank, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, DigiResults, and PayDotCom. So you create multiple sales pages on different directories like /clickbank, /jvzoo, etc. With our intelligent cross-platform selling, you simply need to put up a Zaxaa button on your 1 (one) sales page, and our technology will recognize the source of traffic. If the traffic is from Clickbank (for example a Clickbank affiliate promoting your product), they will checkout via clickbank (even though they click a Zaxaa button). If the traffic is from JVZoo, they will checkout via JVZoo. This guarantees that the referring affiliate will still be credited. If the traffic does not have affiliate referral involved, they will checkout via Zaxaa."

I've used Zaxaa before, it's a great platform, but never used this feature...

    Hi Jane,

Have you looked into WordPress Affiliate Platform Plugin? It's a plugin to easily manage your affiliates.

      HI Affiliorama

looks like a nice plugin for affiliate mgt.

The issue I am seeking a solution for is how to list in both marketplaces JVZOO and CLickbank, for the same product... not the affiliate mgt component.

Hey Jane, I've been looking for a solution to exactly the same scenario, releasing a product on Clickbank and on JVZoo without confusing the heck out of people.

The problem not only relies with creating two different pages but what comes afterwards as in user's experience as well.

i.e. You would have to explain in your product's website that in order to get a refund you would have to use the corresponding marketplace you used to buy the product.

As far as I know, WishList Member (the membership script I'm using) can only work with ONE marketplace at least on one single installation.

Somebody suggested to have two products inside WLM, that (again, to my very limited knowledge of WLM) would mean two different installations, which means two separate of everything; 2 wordpress installations, 2 databases, you change one thing on one website, you have to do the same on the other one, the problems just grow exponentially.

So anyway, I'll be monitoring this thread as I also need a SIMPLE solution to this, GREAT QUESTION btw Jane!

    Sergio.

PS. It looks like Zaxaa has some nice features but it only solves the affiliate management part of the issue... maybe it's time for all of these marketplaces to create a simple solution that works for everyone?

      Hi Sergio

We have our own wordpress membership plugin that we provide at no additional cost to users, called Zaxaa Member -- which you can download inside your account.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we have all the features of wishlist, but with an easier-to-use interface.

And Zaxaa is not a marketplace/affiliate network, it's a shopping cart platform for digital products.

    Hi Folks

I have done this a few times.

I created a membership level inside WishList Member, then created a salespage and a thank you page specific to JVZoo.

Then I go to JVZoo and do the integration using the pages I have created.

I also set the Membership Options redirects tab (when you are creating the level),

After registration I send the buyer to the JVZoo thank you page again. And on after login I typically send them to my member's dashboard.

I then create the same thing for CB with a new Member Level inside Wishlist Member, and again create a salespage and thank you page specific to CB. and do the same in the membership options - redirects tab.

Wishlist Member is clever enough to know which is which merchant account because the SKU is different for each membership level, and therefore will present the buyer with the appropriate registration page when they buy from you

To do the shoppjng cart integration be sure to now use the Clickbank tab for Clickbank, but you now need to use the 'Generic' tab for JVZoo, rather than the Clickbank tab as it used to be.

Another thing to look out for is to make sure your secret key matches at both JVZoo & CB when you do the shopping cart intergration.

Doing it this way means you only need one install of wordpress and wishlist member.

I hope this makes sense and helps out
    cheers
    Steve

      Steve,

If I drip feed content (I have a Six Week course where you are delivered new content every week), do I need to duplicate all 6 levels all over again?

Or once they sign up with JVZoo (I already have Clickbank) just have the first week duplicated then have them upgraded to the next?
