When I sell a website... What do I do with hosting? And affiliate account?

I want to sell some turnkey Amazon affiliate websites. There are 2 main things that I still don't understand though...

1. How do I handle the hosting? Are they supposed to buy there own hosting and I transfer the website to their hosting? Or do I buy the hosting for them, and just give them the hosting account?

2. What do I do about the affiliate situation? I plan on selling an Amazon affiliate website, so am I supposed to make sure they already have an Amazon affiliate account before I sell the website to them?

    Hi,

    1. They are generally responsible for setting up their own hosting, then you transfer the files to them.

    2. not your problem. Once they own the site, they can modify it to add their own amazon affiliate codes etc. Leave your old ones on there, maybe they'll forget to update it and you'll continue to earn commissions ;-)
