Woohoo!

I made my first sale from my new affiliate review site $16, I'm rich!

(Ok, I made $250 from blogging last year but that was unsustainable)

    Grats, I find affiliate sales make me alot more then adsence, hopefully you'll find this as well. It's a bit nerve racking when you first get into it, but once you see even thou you might only get 1 sale every 2-3 weeks to start with, it's usally alot more then what you would of made with adsence over the same time =)

    I've actually been taking 2 weeks off working on IM as I don't have internet at home right now due to moving. It's been a nice breather, and to earn some money while resting... hey that's why I'm getting into this.

    It's site called XYXYXproductreviews.com

    I've done about 12 - 15 reviews. The landing page features the top 5 products (my honest opinion).

    I've written 4 or 5 articles and posted them to a couple of directories and I've done some social bookmarking.

    I get on average 2-5 visitors a day.

    It's been up in it's current form for a couple of months. I think it took 300 visitors to get this first sale.

    Can you scale the traffic up?

    Maybe target some specific keywords using content pages off of the review site itself with some backlinks built to them?

    It sounds like you have put in a decent amount of work, now just find a way to get more traffic and more money will follow

      Do you mean seperate pates under the same domain, or under different domain? Then link from the different domain back to the review site?
