Is there a wordpress plugin for that ?

  Seriously though guy, there are a million popup plugins out there - that look better than the one you have posted.
  
  I wish MOWPOP had been updated recently. It doesn't quite work right anymore, but it was one with a full WYSIWG editor and any possible look / content / control you wanted.
  
  At any rate, Google "wordpress popup plugin" then take your pick. or, do a search here for the same specifically from the warrior special offer section.

  They're called Lightboxes. The best one to go with is Hybrid Connect. It has the most functions of all the ones I've tried (Even the split testing option alone it worth getting it for, I increased my subscriber rates a lot by making a few changes). It's also a lot cheaper then it's rivals. I've been meaning to write a review for it, but haven't got round to it yet.

It's mostly a wordpress popup login, as for me I use Popup Domination who has good graphic design

  I agree with Shaun. Hybrid connect started adding subscribers to my site before I even got the bugs worked out. Very configurable and you can use HC to build Squeeze Pages as well.

I tested many optin plugins, Magic Action Box, Popover, Slide.in, popup revolution and many other, but Hybrid Connect is an All-In-One Solution with very clear user interface and great features. They have also an amazing support.
