Interested in upgrading to OP 2.0. Are the squeeze page templates drastically different? Or is it just the same templates?

IMO, v1 is much better as far as squeeze pages. v2 was rebuilt from the "ground up". It's designed with the responsive affect.....essentially it was redesigned for mobile devices. There are lots of other good things about v2 but I did not like it and I will say I did request a refund.

Once I requested my refund, it took about 3 days to reply. Since I used my credit card, it'll take another few days to process completely via my CC company.

I do think they are honest in that regard. You'll get you refund, I'm sure of that.

I'm a little concerned. I bought unlimited optimizepress2 licenses on the launch, which was July 31st, and they mentioned a 30 day refund period.

I requested a refund on the 26th, today is the 29th and I haven't heard a single word from support. 3 days and not a peep. By tomorrow it has been 30 days since I purchased. I have a bad feeling that they are going to deny my refund request once 30 days is passed.

I have no way of contacting anyone from OP2. I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't by v1 anymore. The platform has been totally redesigned.

Bummer. I should have bought v1 when I had the chance. The only reason I didn't buy it is because I knew v2 was coming out soon -- which ended up taking waaaay longer than expected. And now I don't want v2.

OP1 was a "pay us once and build all the sites you'd like" piece of software. OP2 is a "pay us for each site you build" piece of software.

I haven't actually been able to see any of their squeeze templates and I am a fan of OP 1

Anyone know if you can import OP2 squeeze pages to Facebook easily?

  • I had bunch of sites on 1.0 and upgraded to 2.0 building my first squeeze page on 2.0 I like 2.0 better because i like the editor thing after you get the template you can put stuff on page wherever you want it for dummies like me who are HTML stupid i can get it laid out.

Plust i got it to look good and there are tons of cool stuff i still have to learn but i see the potential, I can see why people want refunds i noticed more and more people are so spoiled that anything that takes time and/or efford they just whine and complain which is why most never make a dime online and blame others for it. OP2 is great dont listen to the majority

I waited for a couple months to buy OP 2 because it is responsive. Looking forward I think it will be important for your site/pages to be responsive. I'm still new to OP but nothing else I've seen will do all that it can do. Having said that, I don't use it to build squeeze pages. I use Epic Squeeze because you can build a squeeze page in just a couple moments. Everything else in the funnel is built with OP. OP can be the ONE tool in your tool box if you want only one but I kinda like options. I think the real value of OP 2 is the what ELSE you can do besides build squeeze pages and I've only begun to scratch the surface. Cheers.

Back to the original question: OP2 pages are different (and better) than those in OP1.

Thankfully I have both OP1 and OP 2. Yes I know it's more shiny toy syndrome ( possibly), but I'm happy.

Tried building on headway but the learning curve was to much( for my skills... although it is a great platform/theme.

Just finishing out my first page on OP2 and I feel like a pro!!!!
