Wordpress Security Issues to the Max

I've recently gotten some serious virus stuff in my Wordpress sites (MicroBJJ.com, BJJLegLocks.com) and LOTS of stuff is going down, including:

- All my Images are Disappearing (All appear broken)
- My HEader is Replaced by a Big Spam-Bar linking people to online casinos

Anyone here had a similar issue?

I'm looking to find a system to have all my sites updated and all plugins updated all the time - does that mean I need a guy logging into all 50+ of my sites every day and updating so this stuff doesn't happen? Seems unreasonable.

Thanks for the advice, this one has been stumping me!

    If you are using same templates/plugins on other sites, if one template or plugin is injected, I'm pretty sure this will happen again.

    Happend me once but then I downloaded some plugin that scans every template and plugin for vulnerables and fixes them and havent had that problem anymore.

    Also make sure to check that there is no other users with administrator access.
