My offline web business is doing really well and so I am wanting to sell my main product website as I don't have any spare time to give it and was wondering if anyone knows of a good valuer. It makes reasonably good sales even with no promotional activity for the last 2 years. Around $10,000 a year.

Generally, a starting place is the annual revenue of the site assuming sales are showing a decent trend. That said, you still have to find an interested party. I know some that have been very satisfied with their experience selling sites in the SitePoint Marketplace.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Your site is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I usually see sites selling for 8-10x monthly income. If you can verify the income and the traffic, you should be able to get this price for it, maybe more.

Annual revenue is a good starting point. Other important things like how much work involved in maintaining the website, long-term viability of the business model, traffic trends and how much sources of traffic/revenue does the site depends on can mean the difference between getting 12x or 36x monthly revenue.
