Heyya guys,

With which font you write your ebooks? What size too ? I prefer the font Calibri 12 size. The italics version of calibri is just awesome!, I would love to hear your views If you know any better fonts other than Calibri, then plz do tell

  • Times New Roman 12 PT. Works really well for easy readability. I don't write myself tho, I outsource it.

  • I dont think font type and size matter as long as you provide top notch content.
  • I normally use Tw Cen MT 12pt or Verdana 11-12pt. I find them easier to read than Times New Roman.
  • Writing Top Notch content without readers is not useful. For example, What if you write your ebook in an UGLY font and with a big 72 size ? , Do you think they would read ? Without readers, there is no use! I hope you get the point!

  • Arial, Verdana, Tahoma

    Size 12
  • Whatever works for you.

I do most sites and PDFs in Verdana which seems to be The Web Font and is very readable on screen. Times New Roman looks more techy and professional.

    • I use Bookman Old Style at size 13. Nice, readable font.

For headings and sub-headings I use Tahoma in a number of sizes and bold. To keep it from overwhelming, I knock the colour down to a dark grey.
  • I use different fonts for different areas. It all depends on what I am writing, which section of the page it will go on to. There are many different factors. Just use what you prefer and if anyone has a gripe, they will probably let you know if you do it write. (Generally, it is best to find this out during the reviews and testimonials stage before you actually launch it however)

    Just my two cents

    • What do you think about combination Georgia/Tahoma?
Georgia for headlines and tahoma for body text.

  • I always use Arial and 14 point as I think it really suits an ebbok layout.

  • Arial unicode size 10.5 looks great and is very eye catching.
  • Verdana 12 pt is easy on the eyes. That's what I use.
  • I favor Tahoma and Georgia at 12pt (seems like many others do too!)
  • I have used Arial 12 pt and Times New Roman 12 pt, but mostly Arial for my writing. Both are good, clean and easy to read.
  • Georgia is a very nice font to read.. But Calibri is more stylish in my opinion especially the italics of calibri..

  • Some people seem to have difficulties with the variable weight fonts like Times New Roman. That is about the only reason I do not use it more.

    Just my two cents
