Writing Exercise Ebook- Need Advice

I'm working on an exercise (weightlifting) Ebook right now, and I had two questions-

1. What precautions should I take against lawsuits? Are there any disclaimers that I should put into the Ebook?

2. I have experience in the weight room, but I don't have any formal education in health sciences. Will this prevent me from self-publishing, in forums like Amazon?

    Study your competition and look at the boilerplate they use. Your experience should be enough as long as you don't pass yourself off as a health science expert. Speak clearly and focus on practical issues. If you are having a tough time writing, you can just DICTATE your book and have the audio transcribed. This is probably cheaper than hiring a writer since it only costs $3.00 to $3.50 for 10 minutes of audio to be transcribed (around 1000 to 1500 words).
