You've basically got to do some research on various business models like blogging, having a PLR store, ghostwriting, having a membership site, flipping websites and so on. Once you do this and find something that you like to do and something that lends itself to your talents and skills, you just have to find a legit program to learn from and implement what you learn.

Well that answer is a lot longer than your questions is that is for sure! To get you on the right track pick a niche people are making money with and start building an email list of people who are interested in your niche. You can build an email list with a squeeze page and send traffic to it from blog posts, social media sites. You don't even need a website if you build a list with paid traffic but I would still recommend putting up something. You then make money by either promoting affiliate offers to your list or creating your own products and promoting those to your list.

You need to read the basics of making money online. There are a lot of ways to make money online but you have to analyze in which you have interests. I would suggest going on fiverr.com and try to make 5$ so you can evaluate your skills. Freelancing is a way to make money online, you try to get clients and you get paid for your work such as content writing, web designing ,etc.

Go to ebay or fiverr if you really want fast money. But you dont own the real estate with these sites, so if you want to make money from your own website.... find a niche, find or create a product for it, create sales copy (use a swipe file for inspiration), drive traffic to your site, price the product rate, keep marketing everyday, then wait for sales to come in. Consider paid advertising also... gives you a chance to experience fast results.

Decide what model of online business you want to run, invest in some knowledge, learn from successful warriors and start your first campaign.
Don't be afraid of failure because it is normal. We are all human and human is to make mistake and fail but then will get separate successful marketer from the man/woman.

There are lots of ways to make money online.From bulding a site to selling services and alot more.

Just browse the forums and read through some of the methods the members posted and if you find something you like start working on that.While working on the method you picked if you get in troubles just ask for help in the forums and the members will help you out.

Nobody can tell you how to make money online.There are too many ways to do it.And what works for one might not work for you,so just go pick a method and start working on it.

My suggestion would be to start with lead generation. It works very well because you only care about collecting leads and you do not care about selling any products. If you find a good offers you can get 50-60 leads per day and make $1.000+ per day.

As others have said, there are many ways to earn money online. You can read some books like "The Laptop Millionaire" of Mark Anastasi. You will not find a step by step plan in a book, but this one (like many others) provides an overview of many ways to make money on the Internet. Then, pick one niche and one traffic source and stick with these until you master them.

Option 1: For fast here today gone tomorrow money jump on the latest
fad craze and then wait for that method to stop working.

Option 2: BUILD AN EMAIL LIST OF BUYERS!

Option 2 takes time to master but with the right mindset and tools, mentor
focus, persistence etc etc...

...It is by far the better option of the 2 and you can expect to see LONG
TERM incomes from this method.

Not just long term but the incomes you earn from building a list by simply
helping others get what they want can be life changing and I just don't mean
paying the bills kind of incomes.

Learn as much as you can and FAST about this subject you'll never regret it.

Alex, learn the fundamentals.

1. Determine what niche you want to be in. What are you passionate about and can help people with? Don't just jump into a niche like weight loss or internet marketing because you heard it's profitable. Stick with something you know and can bring your personal experience and value to.

2. Get a mentor or invest in some type of training. The worst thing I see newbies do is trying to learn this stuff on their own. Folks tell them to just search a forum but that can be so overwhelming for a newbie because you're bound to click on something that takes you into a totally different direction and may confuse you. It's better to have a mentor and a structured training course or community so you can focus and learn the basics. Otherwise you're going to make a lot of unnecessary mistakes or get overwhelmed.

Get to work....pick a program/plan, stick to it and be patient. It won't happen overnight, unless you're very lucky, but it's very possible. Put in the elbow grease and work a plan/program for 90 days before making any major changes.

Hi Alex,

The best way is to create a product. You can try to build websites and rank them, but the changes that occur on the search engines make it more of a job to maintain rankings than anything else.

By creating a product, and providing the affiliate tools for your affiliates (banners, emails, creative, etc) you can then allow other people to market your product on top of your own promotional efforts.

There was a guy by the name of Jim Edwards(?) that created ebooks in a week. I believe he created his first product hoping he could make enough to make his wife's car payment. Then he found online success.

Anyway, keep moving forward. Keep asking questions. And whenever possible, start looking for information on this forum and the web for creating digital products to sell. Good luck.

Hi Alex, my advice would be to go to the WSO section of this website and have a look for a newbie friendly course. Find one with good reveiws where others have reported success. Take the plan and study it fully and apply what you learn with full focus. If you fail and make mistakes find out what you did wrong and overcome it. In my case there were lot's of mistakes but the biggest one I made was jumping around from one opportunity to the next. Once you focus on one thing and have built up a small regular income you will be ready for the next step... which is to learn more and learn how to do more at once with outsourcing and so forth.

There are plenty of ways to make money on-line from home. I am enlisting them for you, so you might be able to pick the best for yourself.
1- Make your own website of any niche your are well familiar or expert.
2- Try ppc websites.
3- Online work places like Odesk, fiverr, freelancer, elance, microworkers etc. Simply go to these websites, sign up and start applying for jobs there.

Ok, If your new I want you to do a research on the top 100 internet marketing blogs. Look and see who the big boys are. Then pick yourself a mentor that you like and follow what they are doing. They always have a free course on what they are doing or what they have done to start out and make money. And that is exactly where you are at. Dont beat your head against the wall and dont go into information overload. Pick somebody that is doing it well and copy.

Can't agree more here. Building a list is essential in my opinion, as it gives you a semi-automated earning system. Of course it can be hard building a quality list, but there are loads of posts around the forum explaining how to do so. Just make sure you offer them an incentive.

I would say, internet marketing is a "formula".

There are several ways to do it, but it usually boils down to (at least in the beginning): get a website up, build a squeeze page with free offer, drive traffic to that offer, build list with that traffic, build a relationship with that list, sell that list additional products.

I second the others who are suggesting that you get a good mentor. There are programs where you can pay for monthly mentorship that are cheaper than 1:1 coaching. Just follow one person who seems to know his/her stuff (and has evidence that they have sold a lot online), and follow that advice from someone who has figured it out already.

I would also add that looking for free advice here on the forum can be great, but overwhelming. Not the same as step-by-step instruction. If you're going to pay for anything here, I would recommend going straight for the mentorship first. You'll see all the WSOs for sale in a new and different light when you start to understand the formula I mentioned above.

What are your skills?what services do you intend to offer online?
If you can be able to answer the above two questions right then we can be able to exactly advice accordingly.

There's no quick way to making money online, and regardless of what you read or watch, it will always take work - and a lot of it.

Some quick tips would be:

1/ Choose a niche that already makes money
2/ Choose a product for that niche that is already selling well (e.g. on Clickbank)
3/ Build a website (not as scary as it sounds if you use Wordpress)
4/ Build a Facebook Fanpage in the same brand as your website (in the niche you chose)
5/ Set up a Twitter account in the same brand as your website (in the niche you chose)
6/ Set up an autoresponder (e.g. Aweber)
7/ Get a PLR product in the niche - rebrand it to your brand and give it away in return for a name and email address
8/ Promlote the CB product that you chose to the list you have built

Focus all your efforts on this one new niche.

Then trawl through this forum for some excellent tips on how to get traffic to your site, and your social media pages.

There's a lot more to it than that of course - but that should give you an idea! :-)
