I am newbie in Making Money Online.
I know there will be tons of people here who make $$$$$ every month.

But do you know a simple and easy method to make $100 every month for a newbie. I know its not my target but want to make this as min. every month till the time I invest in other methods.

Dont comment with the common methods as do sales on Clickbank, build the list and other type of these things.

Some different or easy method that can make min. $100 per month for a newbie.

As I am not the only newbie in this Forum, do share the Ideas and all the newbies will see it.

Lets make this as a Valuable Thread.

  • Don't take this the wrong way but asking someone to share with you their methods of making a living is bound to rub people up the wrong way. The only answer you will get is do your homework and use the endless amount of material which is on this site.

By all means ask as many questions as you like, but don't ask people for a free lunch.

Which is rather odd, don't you think? Are cashiers rubbed the wrong way if you ask them how they make a living? How about computer repairmen? Or any other profession on the planet for that matter.

        Those are jobs, not businesses.

The best advice has been mentioned several times. Start with your passion, and figure out how to monetize it in a way that helps other people and makes the world a better place.

Most easy way is to do that what you do like to do.

    I give 2 examples.

FIRST: I needed a cat tree some years ago, because I really like cats.
I made a list of all companies and at the end I build one myself.
And because I liked it much to do and I found all this companies, I decided to put it online, like a little directory, just for cat trees.
Then I added some Adsense and affiliate links.
I made me fun to do, because the subject was interesting for me.
Now 5 years later, I still make several hundreds a month, with 1 hour of work a YEAR! One time a year i update the website.

SECOND: I have a passion for modified cars, I not understand why I should drive a car that looks the same as 100.000 other people. I'm a unique individual. So when I registrated some years ago a domain, that was connected to tuning it was no problem for me, to make pictures and add them to the website. I added Adsense and some affiliate links and within one year I had a 1000$ a month on Adsense clicks.
It was so easy for me, because I loved what I was doing.

2 examples that show one thing, if you start, choose something you really like!

      Right on.
Recently I started going back to basics about the way I approach business. The fact is, almost anything can make you money if you know how to leverage it and take advantage of it. Grab a simple idea, modify it, get creative with it, and show it to the public. As long as there's some level of demand, you can succeed.

Take a few hours to think of what you can do; perform some research if you find an obstacle. Once ready, start driving targeted traffic to whatever it is you have to offer. Even if something isn't unique or if "many others are already doing it," it doesn't mean it's no longer profitable. On the contrary, it only confirms that it is profitable.

There are lots of $100/month and even more methods on the forum.

Why don't you go read some of the methods, pick one that you like and start working on it.After that you can ask questions whenever you have some roadblocks with your method.

Starting off threads by instructing others (whose advice you want) on what they should and shouldn't comment on is certainly an unusual method of trying to benefit from forum membership, Harry.

It may be that changing your thinking about that will ultimately prove far more beneficial to you than starting new threads asking people how they make very small amounts of money and then instructing them what not to say?

  • I've had a few people that are able to make $100 or more outside the IM niche using amazon mechanical turk. It's pretty easy and doesn't involve any marketing skills. It's just task oriented online jobs that can rack up pretty quickly if you're consistent.

You can also make $100 or more per month doing web design or mobile website. It's not as hard if you start with warm leads by telling your family, friends and people you do business with, that you create websites.

So that may be two ways to do it, especially mturk. Hopefully this helps and is a better response than go search the threads.

Harry, threads like this are going to get you two different types of response. In fact, you've had both already.

      1) People advising you to do things that work, despite your pleas for only "new" things.

      2) People with something to sell you.

If I were the cynical type, I'd say you might be more interested in getting content for a product than in learning a method that works. The giveaway is the insistence that people share only methods that are new.

Oh, wait, I am the cynical type. After a year and a half of membership here, if you're still a "newbie", you may not have the wit to benefit from people sharing their methods. Unless, of course, I called it and you're just trying to get the members here to write your course for you.

If you are a "decent" writer, you can make $100 a month quite easily. It's not fun work, it is a grind churning out content for others, but it is easy. If you are wanting to write, I wouldn't waste your time at iWriter. Start looking at a few sites that specialize in hiring freelance writers. It's how I started, once you get a few good clients, and a decent portfolio of examples - you will be good to go.

I enjoy working as a freelance writer and it certainly isn't a grind.

I'm writing some articles for a website on an area that interests me at $35 per article (I charge more, but gave my client a discount) with 8 articles scheduled this month.

Not to mention, this job came absolutely unintentionally, as I had no plans on working this month, since I'm trying to improve my 4 week old new website.

Harry, there are a couple of things wrong with your thinking - one which Alexa already pointed out so I won't even add to it, but the other one I want to point out is this:

you are thinking too small. And don't look to other people for advice on what you should do - only you know your own real talents. Use them!

Let me tell you a story about something that happened to me last year. It was not the best of years. I was struggling - with a lot of things - and then I found an opportunity (because I looked for it all by myself!) to provide specialized services to a successful marketer who pays me 4 figures every month, and who values me so much that he told me out of all his people, he trusts me the most. He shows his appreciation by surprising me with cash bonuses - $400 extra during the Christmas season, and little cash gifts now and then. Not to mention all the great marketing advice I get for free - I truly value and appreciate my client just as much as he values and appreciates me - trust me on that one!

What I'm trying to tell you by sharing my story is, Harry, you will make many more times that $100 per month if you make yourself INVALUABLE to people - stop thinking about the getting and start thinking about the giving - and your life will change 100%!

            Peace...
            Karen

    So, I'll bite.

First off, your mentality is all wrong.

It's VERY difficult to properly pursue an IM career, or any career at all, if you're JUST in it for the money.

Not that there's anything wrong with wanting to be paid well, but if you suddenly start throwing up sites looking for affiliate commissions that you have no passion in and know nothing about, then you're putting yourself on the fastrack to failure

(Not that it is IMPOSSIBLE, just very difficult for most people.)

Instead, focus on your strengths, knowledge and experience. Focus on something or some area that you genuinely ENJOY and that you are knowledgeable about (it doesn't have to be degree level knowledge - if you browse daily on the internet about a topic, then that's fine)

THEN you can start to concentrate on how to turn your expertise/passion into a viable IM career.

    That's my 2 cents anyway.

The trouble that most people have when breaking into making money online, is trying to sort through the information. One person says to use a keyword tool, another calls it heresy. Someone says to use Wordpress, another calls it garbage. Four websites say SEO matters by doing XYZ, another six sites say it's only about ABC. You can't trust searches because it's almost always a massive list of obviously fake websites that show you "How to make $1000 a day for only $9.95." I've even seen a ton of threads here aimed specifically at promoting a product or website.

It's hard to be a newcomer in this day and age. It's hard to spend countless amounts of money to buy websites, hosting, templates, plugins, advertising, etc. while not knowing if it will all work out. It's hard to flush money down the toilet for the sole purpose of "learning the game." The biggest difficulty, though, in my opinion, is simply finding a place to start. It's hard not to think of everything as being "taken" already.

Phones? Laptops? Electronics? Games? Books? It's all been done by thousands of people. It's finding a microniche or putting a big enough spin on an already saturated niche and just taking the risk that's so hard.

Edit: As other people have said, the best course of action is to start with what you're good at and build upon it from there. If you don't like what you're trying to make money with, you probably won't be successful. Let me give you an example. I hate golf, so building a site about golfing, no matter how profitable, would be boring as hell and I'd probably fail to finish. Just a thought.

    My advice is this:

Start by building your own business first. I made the mistake of starting out building other people's businesses through affiliate marketing. Then I realised that the best way to earn money online was to have my own product, and let other people build it for me through affiliation.

I have a business on eBay, and have had for a few years now. I know how eBay works, I know some great sourcing techniques, so I wrote an eBook about it. And promoted it on a forum. The price has ranged from £17-£27 and I get a few sales a week, even now, 2 years on.

I appreciate not everyone knows enough about something to do this, but if you do have it, use it, package it together in an easy, digestible format, and you have a basis for your business. Nearly 2 years on, I still have that eBook (which has gone through 3-4 updates) as well as a video membership course which has sold at £67.

    Under 2 years, £20k+ (approx $30k+).

Yep, I still do affiliate marketing on my blog, but only for the products that have actually helped me build the actual eBook and membership site - because they are worth promoting.

I hate to tell you this, but are only a handful of legitimate business models that you can use to generate long-term income online. That's just a fact. There is no new method to making it work. The internet doesn't change that much, in spite of what lots of people would have you believe, so that they can pitch a product to you.

    Learn the basics.

    Stop buying stuff.

Learn what people want. Learn psychology. Learn how to make (or find) stuff that they want and will buy.

Then; build an entire funnel exploiting your masterfully obtained knowledge.

Once you have the funnel in place; it's a matter of driving traffic.

    That's the short version.

'New' by the way sounds strange to me. I really don't think there is any real new way to make money online. The fact not many people are doing it does not make it new. Go for what has been tested time and again.

By the way what are you bringing to the table? Don't expect others to just throw stuff in your lap.

You can go to fiverr, iwriter, odesk, projectpayday.com and warriors for hire, not much marketing needed there.
If you want to make money you have to have a product or service to sell, a way to market it, and drive traffic. You'll need a sales funnel and some copywriting, there's no quick and easy solution even for making just $100 a month.

Here is a method that can work for ANYBODY provided they are willing to put in the work and this method has the potential to make you more than $100 per month.

Wherever you are or currently live, there are many small business owners who do NOT have websites setup to help them advertise their business. These business owners do not know or even understand the importance of having an online presence and what that can do for them and their businesses success.

Go around town (with a car or walking) and ask to speak to these business owners and offer to build them a website (that includes FREE hosting) for only $100.

If you go around your town every single day and talk to ALL of the businesses owners, ONE is bound to take you up on your offer.

Now, this method is NOT easy but it WORKS.

How do I know this method works?

Because this is the very method that I used when I first got started trying to make money online.

I wonder when will newbies realize that this is a freaking business, and there's nothing "easy" about building, managing and growing a business. Oh well...

Youtube marketing is probably the easiest method I use for making money. But don't stop there, it's just a start.

      Fiverr. Seriously.

I use Fiverr as a break from my regular work, and only do things I can do very quickly. Only $100 is very easy to make there. That is just 25 gigs.

Find reliable service provider here on WF, someone who does something unique that can be sold to businesses.

      Example: Press Release Service

Make this as your own offer. - So create a web page offering this service.

Start e-mailing offline businesses offering your services.

      Something such as:

SUBJECT: Hey, What is NEW at Your Company?

      Hi, so and so,

I just came across your site, and would like to know what is NEW at your Company.

      Please let me know,

      SIGN,

If they respond, you get to talk to them, and say that you run an inexpensive Press Release Service, and you can help them spread the word.

So you manage orders, while some else does the work.
