I noticed I haven't received any CB checks recently from one of my accounts.

So I logged in to find this account was suspended.

I emailed CB they said it was due to suspected fraud. I emailed them back and got my account reinstated easily. Their support was actually very good. Absolutely no complaints there.

Heres the scam that happened with my account.

It appears that someone got access to either stolen paypal account info or credit card info.

they created an affiliate account with CB.

Then proceeded to purchase a TON of my products that are 75% to affiliates. Using their new affiliate Id. Thus getting paid via clickbank using stolen paypal or credit card details.

This was revealed by between 10 to 20 refunds for each affected customer in my account.

Did they get paid via Clickbank for these affilaite sales? no idea.. depends on how long it took the owner of the stolen info to get the refunds initiated etc. hope not..

So all in all.. people got funds stolen and my CB account was suspended.

I was not notified that my account was suspended either, which I thought was strange.

Log into your CB account and see if you have multiple refunds from the same customer etc.

Just a heads up to know whats happening out there.
