Monetizing high end CA real estate traffic?
For more then a month now I am getting traffic of people searching high end real estate properties. The idea was to incorporate an MLS (partnering with a brokerage) and raking in commissions from sales.
Right now I am stuck with getting approved to the MLS service in the area.
The areas I am targeting are 10m+ houses for sale, and i already get nice traffic for the niche which is going to increase.
What would you do about monetizing the website? Currently due to other ventures which are raking money I do not get the time to out-reach to brokers and such for advertisement..
Any ideas?
