$500-$1000 a Month Goal? Making Money Online as IM

Ok, I have been doing about 2 hours of reading because I want to learn about internet marketing and effective ways to earn online. I see very talented people and nice success stories. I do know ways to earn online but I have gotten to the point where I'm doing too many things at once and need to stick with maybe 1 or 2 main methods. I have read that it is better to stick with one thing and go for it.

What I want to do is earn at least $500-$1000 a month and most of it coming from my blogs promoting affiliate programs. But as I read, there seem to be faster or easier ways that I could experiment with so basically I'm not sure what I want to stick with. Promoting affiliate products will take a lot of work because I have to get a site, market it, build lists, etc and I have 5 niches in mind, so that would be a lot of work to get them all going. So, I am wondering what money making method some of you warriors reccommend at my goal. $500-$1000 a month doesn't seem too hard to accomplish or is it?

Have you ever tried writing? I mean copywriting....there are many websites that requrie the services of a talented copywriter. They pay is quite good too.
I haven't tried that. I don't really consider myself a writer but I have written several articles and such but I'm sure that copywriting is much more that that. Thanks for the idea though.

$500-$1000 is not hard at all if you're on the RIGHT track.

But... That's the most difficult part in IM which is finding the right track. Some people manage to find it in days while others struggle for years...

I suggest that you start working on something that you have some knowledge about! You can make money from everything! All you need is knowledge

The best suggestion i have for you is, is you have one of two methods, set an amount of time aside for them every day, 30-60 minutes each, and work on them as your bread and butter, then either try other things, or work on them more. At the end of the day, if your on the right track, you need to keep at it.

As stated above getting on the right track is hard, but if your trying to connect to a market that is looking for something (cures, fixes, training etc as an example), and build up from there, you'll get the money in.

Most people give up before they really get started. Just don't get disappointed if your not getting instant results straight away, it takes a while to build upto that type of level =)

That's what I was thinking about doing. Setting up a schedule for promoting my niche sites for about a couple of months and see what kind of results I get. I have started doing this and generated a couple of sells but I didn't devote much time to it. Another thing is the income sources. Sometimes its hard to keep up with all the different affiliate programs/products I promote. I guess I just have to be more organized with that.

Regarding to finding something I am know a lot about or have a passion for, that is my hardest thing. I have some niches but I feel like there is something I can give my all in but my problem is realizing what that is lol and how I can offer my knowledge in that field to people online. (blogging, report, services, etc.)
