Apparently i cancelled payment?

Ok i have had over 10 payments from sales i have made from selling product through jvzoo (
Reversed) and i have no idea why, started happening yesterday and it's still at it..

I have messaged paypal but not heard anything yet.

I am also getting emails saying:

This email confirms that I HAVE cancelled the pending 1.00 USD payment earlier sent to you.

Amount: 1.00 USD





I havent cancelled any, also the product is for $18.99 but paying 100% commissions
so im guessing thats why it says i cancelled the $1.00 but yet it returns the full amount to buyer..

    Do you have affiliates you don't know auto-approved for instant payments?

    If so, you may have one or more affiliates using hacked Paypal accounts or stolen credit cards. When the owner finds out someone else is spending their money, they file a dispute. In the meantime, the rogue affiliate disappears with your money.

    I'd check to see if the reversals are coming through the same affiliate.

    Hi Dennis thanks for your reply can't find anything in jvzoo with paypal transaction id's and none of the emails seem to match the buyers emails in jvzoo.
    i have set all affiliates to delayed for now till i find out what is going on

    I'd check to see if the reversals are coming through the same affiliate.
    this can help you figure out if you have an affiliate stealing your money.

    Call Paypal, they are pretty good on the phone usually, but you might have to set an hour aside. Also the cancelled payments should have had an e-mail to them, why not contact them to find out why ?

    If I remember correctly, payments have an acceptance time allotted to them on Paypal when you try and send someone money, if you do not accept them the funds go back to the sender. Possibly people sent you a whole bunch on one day or something and you did not click on the "Accept" button ?

    ye i emailed one of them yesterday asking why there payment was returned but heard anything.

    ill go through and email them all and ill also ring paypal see what they have to say
