Why would your signature go to a post not written by you. And why would you post on something like that that had just been posted.

I wonder if the Mods can check ips on two accounts might do some good here.

There is no tool that will force you to work. The best tool: self control

True but there are tools that will promote self control.. Sitting in front of a computer for 3 45 minute increments with 3 10 minute breaks verses 3 hours straight will give your brain a good rest and allow you to be more productive..

Studies show the brain shuts out after 1 1/2 hours. That's why seminars are usually 1 1/2 or they go on break after 1 1/2...

I do know what you mean... The longer I work the slower I get... After a few hours I often find my self day dreaming and drifting away in the middle of tasks. Thanks for the share, hopefully this will help me.

For many tasks, the "tool" that helps my productivity the most is the OFF button on my router... :p

Lol. Very good point. That router can be both your best friend and worst enemy.

YOU are the most important tool I mean there is just no one better than YOURSELF

Find reason and meaning to what you do and I'm sure you'll be devoting enough time to whatever that is

    Cheers and good luck to

Writing a to-do list before each day helps me to stay focused because I know exactly what needs to be done by the end of the day.
