    Web Wizard,

Why don't you go to the domain seller web sites and search on 4-letter domains and see what the current selling market looks like? That will give you a much more accurate picture of your possibilities than asking members of this forum for their personal opinion - especially given the fact that anyone here can respond with an opinion even though they may actually know absolutely nothing about the domain resale market.

For example, I just popped in to the Godaddy auctions and noticed that most of the 4-letter domains for sale at that site were being offered on a "make offer" basis. Those that had a sale price ranged from about $40 to thousands depending upon the name.

I also noticed that there were many more auctions for .com names than .org and that they were typically higher priced.

[Side note here for anyone that is interested: As I have been saying for many years, domain buyers should focus on .com names if you are in business - don't settle for any other extension.]

    Good luck to you,

    Steve
