The 3 Don't Of Internet marketing

But I would say no to #2. You shouldn't promote multiple niches. The exception would be if you had the first one's basically running on autopilot so you could focus on the other ones. Otherwise, you're just asking for a headache and you won't get far because there'll be too many things to do.

I agree, it is better to do one at a time.

I think multiple niches can dilute your message.
Maybe its just me - but if your list is into MMO and you suddenly talk about packing iron in the gym - its just not going to gel.

Of course you can make an exception for mindset and MMO.

To me, it's about building a relationship with the list and helping them / adding value more than anything else. Sure, it's a business - but I think building a solid foundation (thus being IM being a process) is vital.

Have Multiple Lists and Multiple Websites :-)
The KEY factor here is MORE...... If one website goes down or a niche starts to be over saturated at least you have the other ones to fall back on right?

You need to stick with one niche first. Don't stop until you can finally master how to promote in that niche. Remember, don't put all eggs in one basket. Stay focus on it.

Putting all your eggs in one basket can severely cripple a person.
In the early mid part of 2000 the government banned gambling on the net.
I lost thousands of dollars and that was the only niche I had.
Amazon, several lost a lot of income because of the takeaway from some states.
When adsense changed there payment scale, I lost thousands.
When the government outlawed prescriptions on the net I lost thousands.

So I would have to say from experience that you need many different ways of bringing in money.

I actually love blogger.com to create blog posts at different niche. Because google loves them and they sends a lot of traffic to blogger.com blogs. Getting leads from them is a bit easy process.

I think multiple niches can dilute your message.

Why thinking about putting all the eggs into one basket?

    Well, good luck with that.

I wouldnt suggest to pick up multiple niche markets to newbies as they start but instead pick just ONE and become an expert/authority in that market.

Doing many things at a time will bring you nowhere.

Actually you should ask yourself which goals you wanna achieve in the long run, what do you exactly want. Write everything on paper.

Put an action plan together. Pick a method to make money online and start and take action. Stick with one thing, master it.

Have major milestones in the plan that call for you to reward yourself when each is reached.

"Force" yourself to get started the first couple of times. Its about building momentum. Once you do, you'll begin creating the momentum to keep going.

You'll see that you can succeed.

You just need to succeed the first time, and as you succeed more and more, you'll become super motivated to continue. You'll just need that initial feeling. When you succeed more and more you'll become more willing to take risk. with risk comes reward.

Force yourself to start TODAY and you'll receive your rewards sooner instead of not at all.

There has to be another way to make money online. Everyone says the same thing. Internet marketing. Affiliate marketing. There has to be something else that doesn't involve a blog or review.

There is, just pick something. Internet Marketing is just not Make money.
It's about marketing on the Internet.

Do a membership site for rebuilding cars. Gardening. Tutor people to play the harmonica. Just about any brick and mortar business can be inserted into Internet Marketing. Your using one term to mean one thing.

Internet marketing is any niche you can think of. Like to make flowers show other people how to do it. Want to pick up dog poop then make a website and sale your pooper scooper services.
