Making serious money with online franchising

I want to franchise my concept to people who want to make serious money, but I'm looking what is the best strategy to work it out.
The concept itself is ready, fully operational and the first candidates did apply, but I'm not 100% happy yet.

Do you franchise a concept or do you have other online franchise experiences?

Do you have examples of successful online concepts?

I would like an answer to this because it seems new to me. It sounds like people are affiliates that will earn commissions... No?

Not really, my idea is a person gets their own region.
In this region they are responsible for the promotion and the sales in that region.
From the sales we get a small commission.

I know you want to keep your cards close to the vest and that is understandable.

    With everything there comes competition.

That is unless you have something like a software in place or a trusted Brand.

If you can expand a little bit or offer an example perhaps our answers can be more specific.

Yes, you are right, let me explain a bit more.
As some of you know I own my own social network for modded cars, motorsports and racing.

Now I made a system that people can claim a region, and become a franchiser in this region.
The more active they are the more money they make.
Because I can geo target up to 95% accurate, it is interesting to exploit your own region.

We created 3 ways of advertising.
    1.Banner advertising
    2. Shop advertising, we can scrape and upload your shop to our system
    3. Advertorials

The advantage for a new franchiser is that he not has to start from scratch, he will join a working and active website, it is just for him/her to make it active in his region, in his language in his style.

Getting in now, is like getting in at the beginning of Facebook, imagine you could be the exclusive seller of advertising in the region Los Angeles or Miami for Facebook.

Now is for me the big question, how will I sell this in the right way. Are there good examples online?
Because it might sound nice and look great on paper, now I have to put in into action. And for that I'm happy to get some advice from you guys.

Before you offer anything as a franchise you should consult
a franchise attorney. Franchising is a highly regulated industry.

Perhaps a licensing agreement would serve you better.

I did speak with one, about the rules and potential problems.
Thank you for bringing it up.
