What are the average conversion rates for free WSO's?

Hey guys! I'm an offliner who has been using some IM methods to help build my list. I was curious to know what you guys were experiencing as far as conversion rates for TARGETED free WSO's - or other product offers?

I can't stress the word targeted enough.

    Targeted Free WSO?

    Maybe I am thinking outside the box...but conversions to a free WSO can be. Unless you are referring to back end sales?

    I think it really depends on what you are offering them for free. If you offer something that really attracts or catching their own attention, you may be expecting a high conversion rate. But if you are offering a rehashed free WSO like "10 ways to make money online", you may expect a low conversion rate.

    Well I am getting 50% conversions for my free WSO. It starts with my "sales page" then my landing page, then the opt-in. It's offline lead generation.

    Not sure if that's good or bad, as some have said that if its free, and they click on the link that takes them to your site, you should be getting 70%
