I cant use my website

I just bought my first domain and hosting, and I cant access my website. I downloaded wordpress in Cpanel, but now I don't know how to access this. When I type in my Url I get, "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.". I think there is a problem with my nameservers. I have hosting through Veerotech systems and they said to change my nameservers to

Nameserver 1: ns1.veerotech.net (184.82.222.128)
Nameserver 2: ns2.veerotech.net (184.82.206.110)

I have no idea how or where to do this. Is this the reason I cant access my site? I also bought my name from namecheap if that matters.

Edit: I am now in Namecheap and one of the options is "Transfer DNS to webhost". Is that what I should do?

    NO!

To change nameservers in NameCheap, you could do like this:
1- Log In to you NameCheap account
2- Hover on "My Account" menu on the right side
    3- Choose "Manage Domain"
4- Click on the domain name that you want to change nameservers
5- Look on the left side and click on "Domain Name Server Set Up"
6- Choose the second radio "Specify Custom DNS Servers ( Your own DNS Servers )" and fill in the first two field that VeeroTech provide you. In your case:
    ns1.veerotech.net
    ns2.veerotech.net

7- Save changes and that's all.

Note: You must wait for the nameserver propagated properly upto 48 Hours, but mostly it took less.

Another route to access your site while Domain nameserver not yet propagated is through temporary url; it's either in your email or ask VeeroTech for that!

sounds like you need to spend some time on youtube watching videos on how to set up hosting and wordpress.

The free stuff you can find there will walk you through all the basic steps.

No. Don't transfer DNS to webhost. Just go into namecheap and set the nameservers as above. That would be found in the link "Domain Name Server Setup" in namecheap in the left column after you click on the domain.

I think I know who you are - did you follow the video tutorial for NameCheap that I showed you via the ticket?

Looking at the DNS report of the domain "I think" this is related to, the DNS is correctly set.

Keep in mind that there'll be a DNS propagation delay after you change the nameservers in Namecheap.

What's your domain, if you don't mind my asking? We'll be able to tell you whether you've set the nameservers correctly.
