Best Way To Contact An Expert For A JV or Interview

Hey Warriors,
I really want to contact an expert in a particular niche for an interview, but you know, one can get a big NO or bold YES, depending on how it is presented to the expert.
Now my question is....
How do I get to contact an expert in a particular niche for an interview/JV that will get him to say a bold Yes to me right away?

    You should show tremendous interest in what they do first. Don't mention your true reason of contact unless they respond to your first message. Flatter them, talk about their business, ask questions. Only if they do respond, then you proceed with the rest of what you have to say. This is a general advice from D. Carnegie books.

      You do it the same way you get anything in life. You show them how they will benefit.

      option 1- Hi I want to build an audience and would like to interview you so that I can tap into your audience.

      option 2- Hi, I really enjoy your content, especially your article about.......
      I have a small but active audience that would be very interested in the services you provide and could potentially increase your subsciber base by XX% over XX months.

      I would love to introduce them to you through a short interview at your earliest convenience. I will hand all the technical issues all you would have to do is simply be there to talk about your passion at the most convenient time for you.
