Phantom emails in my WF email box

hi

a question from my aged senility

i have this message in my WF email:

Inbox contains 8 messages.
You have 9 messages stored, of a total 500 allowed

there are 8 messages in "inbox"
thee are "0" messages in "sent"
there are "0" messages in "archive"

so, i have 8 messages, but my email box says there are 9

how can i get rid of this phantom email ???

    Why would you worry about it unless you have used up your quota of 500 messages which you haven't. Maybe it is just a forum glitch. You can contact support if it is really bugging you.

    Relax, there's no aged senility...
    I've the same issue but, I'll worry when I get the to limit.
    Most like it at that time will be fixed.

      In your User Control Panel (User CP), go down to "Private Messages" (left column) and click on "List Messages."

      Once there, on the right hand side notice "Download all Private Messages as:" . . . and click on "Text."

      This should "dump" all your messages into a text file that can be read with Notepad or whatever text file utility you use.

      I think this will at least give you the opportunity to see all your messages so you can determine what/where the phantom message is and where to delete it.

        It appears that you have your very own ghost writer, now you only need to find the invisible ink ring decoder and your email won't be a phantom email any longer. :p
