Easiest way for an uneducated, inpatient, lazy person to make $1 per hour

I have this in-law who's looking to make like $200 per month, which is considered average wage in his country. He has access to 'ok' internet and an 'ok' computer and 16 free hours per day. His English is crap, he has no computer skills or any other valuable skills.

I understand that this sounds like a hopeless case, but there is an upside. My wife and I are both successful online entrepreneurs, and we would like to help him and motivate him to learn SOMETHING - ANYTHING, so we could invest our time or money in teaching him. What do you think is the easiest and fastest way, for an uneducated, inpatient and lazy person to make $1 per hour?

My best idea so far:
Logo design on Fiverr (required skills: Photoshop).

Any ideas for better (easier) gigs or possibly an entirely different option?

Thank you very much for your thoughts

PS. there's no PayPal in his country..

    While I commend you for your intention, I fear you may be tilting at a windmill here.

    Uneducated is fixable, especially if you are willing to provide the fix.

    Patience can be learned, and even helped along by small early successes.

    The cure for lazy, though, has to come from within.

    His location, in a non-PayPal country where $200/month is an average wage, is going to disqualify him for most of the survey and paid to click/read stuff.

    I wish you luck, though...

    Then how is Fiverr any use to him?

    Are there things he can do in his own language, for his own local market, so that his lack of English skills won't matter?

    Is there Amazon in his country, for example?

      2CO is compatible with quite a few countries.

      Your friend might want to consider that as an option.

      As far as Fiverr goes, even if his English is crap, have him jump in Youtube. That's what I'd recommend for someone with a sub-par knowledge of Shakespeare's language.

    Thank you all for your feedback!

    Indeed, the laziness is the biggest problem. That's why I'm considering paying him a monthly fee for studying.

    @MarketMaster
    Having him study English and Computer skills would take like a year, and even then he still wouldn't have any entrepreneurial drive.

    @Alexa
    A friend of us is a level 1 member from the same country, and he was able to figure something out with Fiverr. And nope, no Amazon.

    @John
    I'll check out 2CO, thanks for the tip. What exactly did you mean about jumping into YouTube?

    He needs to be physically SHOWN that its possible to make money, and that he can do so by just investing a few hours of his time daily.

    If you're a successful entrepreneur, I'd suggest that you bring him into your business, tell him that you're short staffed, and have him work on something for you. After a while, he'll get so used to the idea of working for you that he'll begin to get used to working period.

    You suggest logo design, but actually design is a specialized skill that is developed and some people never design well. Photoshop is also a skill that is not easily picked up. Fiverr uses Paypal.

    Honestly, why would someone bother with someone who is lazy and unmotivated? There's better projects to do with your time.

    It is a hopeless case. People with that attitude rarely succeed. And I'm not talking about making money online, but everything.

    Posting ads on craigslist? Just has to know how to copy and paste. I hear the international drug trade is lucrative but then again that still requires ambition.

    I have found a job for him. Look at images on istockphoto and pick out the best ones. All he has to do is copy the URL into an email and send it to me. Please create a gig. I do not believe there are any for picture locator now.

    At the risk of ending up with "egg on my face"
    I'm going to go out on a limb and say.

    That it sounds like your in-law, has not had a lot of time in the workforce.

    So maybe he could explore what joy can be found
    in working on a shovel.

    After 20 odd years of doing it myself, the motivation to "get stuck in" online
    and "find a way"

    Is no issue.

    I mean no disrespect to your in-law or you.

    It's just that most human beings, naturally want to reduce pain and increase pleasure.

    Yeah, I think the best job for him is copy paste jobs maybe? Posting ads? Finding blogs? Maybe? Just teach him the basics...
