Getting clients from Fiverr & similar sites...?

Hey Warriors,
I'm sorry for the question, if it's already been shared multiple times, but I need an answer. (Or at least your thoughts.)

I wouldn't say that Fiverr and similar sites are my main income as a seller, but I earn a decent amount from time to time outside of Fiverr, because some of my clients on Fiverr shared their personal contact information.

Because of that, I've managed to get myself some regular customers. A couple of clients of mine.. And I wonder how I can get in touch with other people who's been purchasing my services multiple times?

Since it's violating the rules if I give them my personal emails and/or ask them about personal contact info, how would you proceed? How can I?

I've lost one Fiverr account earlier because of my own stupidity.. And I don't want to do that again. ^^

    You can't do it in a 100% safe way. It is against their ToS. If they catch you, they will warn you and then ban you.

      They didn't warn me about anything when they banned me the first time..

      I know it's against the rules and all that, I'm just interested in hearing thoughts from people on how I could do it, or even how I should do it. I do understand that there's still a risk for getting banned, but if I can decrease that risk it could be worth it.

        Hi Inyourway,

        One of the things about their TOS is its designed so that they can penalize you at their discretion.

        Notice how they say its a violation of their TOS to give out skype details, etc, yet there are so many fiverr gigs that say they'll give you coaching via SKYPe (in the darn title of their gigs) for $5?

        That's one reason you can't be 100% safe, but keep in mind whenever you do gigs related to social media, you immediately put yourself in a position to get personal contact details, build your relationship and get long term customers.

          Thanks you for sharing this. I hate the TOS..
          It's confusing and you'll never be 100% safe. (It's confusing from that time you start trying to find loopholes.)

          I don't provide services related to Social Media but I guess that's probably the best way to do it, since I actually get the contact details from each client as soon as they place an order..

          Do you or anyone else have any ideas of how I can get the contact details "safely" without Social Media related services?
