WarriorForum traffic tips

I'm looking to get the most out of my signature file, without sounding "spammy" or hard-selling anything...

Is there a WF master when it comes to generating signature clicks, and what's your experience with attracting relevant visitors from WarriorForum postings?

Any proven tip is much appreciated and more than welcomed

  • Make sure it is obvious what type of thing you'll get if someone clicks on your signature. Then try to find threads where people are asking questions that your site can answer, and post in them. Provide good information, and hope that people will want to follow your link to get more.

    Good luck!

Begin a thread asking for tips to increase signature traffic.

P.s. Just about to visit your signature (after I post this, of course)....

Like any advertising AIDA in the link text (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action)

Just make your link look so catchy that visitors want to click on it.

I have notices that I get more clicks when commenting on WSO's. Anyone else noticed that. I have only done a couple of times so not a great sample and may not be indicative.

      Cheers

Sigs aren't displayed on WSO posts, so it's probably a coincidence.

Just write what you want to say in the least number of words. That works.

I have seen threads where people ask How they can make money online & in same time there signatures shouts something like this " Click here to know how i make $60,000 per month" Which is crazy to read !
Better make realistic claims in signature !

The trick to getting people to click your signature is not in what your signature says. It has a lot more to do with the value you provide to the forum. If you post a lot of great and useful content then people will naturally be interested in checking out anything you have in your signature. If you provide very little value to the forum then no one will be very interested in checking out your signature.

    Banned
If you're genuine and provide great content and answers to people's questions, people will be more inclined to click on your signature.

If you're obviously just here for signature exposure, and post a bunch of crap or use the old "check sig for more info", you're more likely to just get banned, so tread carefully and just provide value to the forum.
