A website owner messaged me for adding his website link which looks relevant to the video topic. i have no problem adding his website link.

Video gets over 100,000 views per month with 1.7 million views already.
It ranks at the #1 for related search.

How much shall i charge him and is it in compliance with YouTube terms and conditions.

It doesn't look like he is selling something on his website. I mean he has few articles and wanna promote it. So, i just want to charge him for link nothing else.

10 Bucks, If the person is asking for this service, the he or she is new to internet marketing and probably not making any money. Maybe in the future he or she will reward you.

100K views per month is a lot. I'd charge him $100 per month or like someone else said tell him to split whatever he earns, and trust me, he will earn at some point... even if he is not now.

Yeah here you go. I second that. $100 is perfect as your video get 100K views per month.

$100 seems a little steep to me.

That's $1 for every 1,000 possible views. At best, I'd say he gets 1 click for every 100 views, and that's being generous considering its a youtube video.

You have to factor in the quality of the impressions, and I've found youtube to be on the lower quality side. Also, since he is not even selling a product, it wouldn't make sense to pay that kind of money, when he's probably relying on the ads on his site to make money.

I know his site isn't your problem, and your free to charge whatever you can, I'm just trying to look at it from both sides.

You can use your own CPA Offers based on your video niche. That will be good for making money. You should choose correct offers for your niche otherwise you will not get any leads for that.

usually the charges go between $5-$20 per month.... if you'll ask for $100 then probably he'll think bout Adsense.

If he wants a link, then there is money to be made. I would do some research on the niche you have, and put my own link in the description. Sure you would make more than $100 per month.
