Product Idea - need opinions!! Get a copy of my next product for FREE
OK - I like to build niche websites and I've used several different methods to sell them. I'll list them here:
1) Unique niche blog - has 10+ unique articles for content, all the best plugins, usually an Amazon page, eBay page, video page, contact/privacy, and typically a PLR product that the buyer can sell for 100% commissions. Usually I sell these on Sitepoint.
2) PLR niche blog (single copy) - I've sold on SP blogs that have everything a unique blog does, except that the articles are PLR and not unique. Believe it or not, they've sold for up to $70 which is not bad for what I put into it. Includes domain name.
3) PLR niche blog (multiple copies) - same as #2 but with less fancy content (no Amazon already there, but I show how to do it), no eBay page, sometimes a PLR product, PLR articles for content. Does not include domain name, but have instructions on how to upload to a new domain. Obviously this is the cheapest - the buyer has to buy a new domain name and probably rewrite the PLR content.
Well, here's where I need your opinions. I like building these blogs, and after you do a few it's not all that hard. I want to put together a document/videos that go through how to build one step-by-step. I'll even have everything on my servers ready to download - the theme I use, the plugins I use, etc.
I can get tricky, but with someone walking you through it I think that people would pay to learn how. Would you?
