My WarriorForum Ad Is Still Pending!

I don't know how long it usually takes but I have submitted a Warrior Forum Banner Ad for approval since 5 days now, it meets all the rules below, but it is still on Pending Status, there are no updates given to me about anything, weather they are not liking it, or can't approve it until certain day, no communication, I don't know who to contact to, I am lost here, can someone help me out!

* Must Be Exactly 781x76 In Size
* Must Be Clear/White Background With No Border
* Must Be Text Style - Blue, Black And Red Text Allowed - No Blinking, Flashing or Twirling
* Must Be Under 10k in Size

I meet all of these....
