TradeDoubler - Login Error

Well, there's always a first time for everything, now i can't login to my Tradedoubler account.

Started yesterday and till now i can't login, there's always a error.

Any others Tradedoubler users here?

    I use Tradedoubler......no issues logging in, but text links aren't working!

    I have sent a support ticket, still waiting for response.

    Hi Graham,

    Guess this is major glitch in their system. I cannot login but my banner ads are displayed as usual and i didn't received any email about a possible ban (that would be funny cause i never did anything wrong).

    I did sent them a support ticket a few hours ago but no response so far. I phoned them and no response either.

    Any warrior can check his Tradedoubler account and post his feedback?

    2 days, 2 support tickets sent and 2 phone calls and no reply.

    Talk about Tradedoubler professionalism...

        This is messing with my nerves. Why have they got a support ticket system and a support phone if no one bothers to answer?

        I send them 10k sales in 6 months and this is the way they deal with me? Uau, guess they don't need good publishers.

    Just a quick update: seems to be a local network - my home network - problem. I cannot login in my computers but i can login at my brother in law's.

    My account manager did reply to my email and its not a Tradedoubler issue i guess.

    Will check on whats happening here, maybe a spyware/virus issue?
