Posting on JV boards. Super affiliates won't trust your product if you're new, so you have to slowly build your reputation up. They'll only jump on down the line if your products sell. Don't expect them to jump on board before you've proven that you can sell.

If you already have a product and are looking for super affiliates, it will be hard to get any traction quickly. Those relationships need to be built up over time.

So your only other option is to use a jv broker or partner with someone else who already has those connections you need.

Omar Martin launched a training program on how to appeal and get affiliates ( and 'super affiliates')on board. It's quite extensive and includes some software also ( up sells). As well as the great links above, I'm sure you'll find some great info.

Quick way: Partner with someone on a launch that already has relationships built with people.

Long way: Develop those relationships on your own by reaching out, giving first, promoting first, etc. Sending out "hey promote my product" to people you never spoken too rarely works well. Some might give it a look but most won't. Get to know people here, on Facebook especially, and in Skype groups. And give first.

  Check out the JV section here, there are quite a few people literally asking to join up with product creators.
  
  I assume some of them have the connections in place already.
  
  You can also send an email to EmpireFlippers, they JV'd with some big shot on a WP theme they build that auto adjusts for the best converisons I think it was. I don't think they made much immediate profit from it but it gets you in the picture and then after I suppose you can upsell so it's more of a way to build lists I suppose. Just ask them to bring you in touch, but complete your product first, makes no sense to come up empty handed, those people aren't interested in some idea, they want a full working product first. Justin & Joe are pretty cool guys btw.
  
  But then at least you won't end up with some wannabee guru's who just design a sales thread and bump it which you most likely run into at the JV section as the real big shots don't have to find customers, the customers find them.
