Can I sale this blog? how much may be worth?

Hello everyone,
I just owned a PR3 Blog. TheGraduateFirm

I am just confused, if I should try to develop the blog or sell it. If I sell, what price shall I expect. And If I decide to develop it, whats probability of me getting income through adsense. How much is expected.

    It has no value yet, because there's very little content and no monetization.

    That depends on your traffic-generations skills.

    If you mean AdSense income, it depends on your traffic-generation skills; if you mean "for selling the site", that depends almost entirely on its stability of proven income.

    • But what if someone interested in PR3 Blog. Its current PR is 3. So would someone be interested in such blog? Do people purchase blogs having such PR?
  • PR has not been updated by Google for over 9 months.. PR is not a selling point at the moment, unless the buyer has been living under a rock.

    To sell a site you pretty much need proof of consistent growing income. If this is not present don't expect much at all.
