Look up Steve Brodsky here, I personally know hiim and he would be an excellent choice and I do not suggest many for coaching.

Offer a freebie and have your autoresponder ready to build a list.
If you do want to learn from a course I can recommend anything by Paul Nicholls.

Sell X number of solo ad clicks for $X.

Buy X number of PPC clicks for $X.
